Senior Legal Counsel

Aspire Technology, a fast-growing international technology business, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in Dubai, UAE. This role serves as a key legal partner to support the company's expansion across the MENA region, specifically focusing on the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. The position requires a commercially minded lawyer capable of balancing rapid business growth with corporate governance.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified lawyer with substantial in-house legal experience.
• Proven background in commercial, employment, and compliance matters.
• Regional experience in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and/or Egypt.
• Experience supporting a startup, scale-up, or high-growth business.
• Mandatory: Arabic language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, customer agreements, and NDAs.
• Advising on employment law and regional regulatory nuances.
• Supporting market-entry activities, including trade licensing and local compliance.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations) and managing external counsel.
• Mentoring junior legal team members and establishing scalable legal processes.
