Austin Bright is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel for a highly prestigious, rapidly expanding international group based in Luxembourg. Key Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience: Around 5 to 7 years of solid experience in a similar legal role within a corporate environment, law firm, or scale-up structure.
• Skills: Proven background in drafting, negotiating commercial contracts, and delivering strategic legal advice to business stakeholders. Strong corporate law mindset, practical exposure to contract drafting, negotiation, and cross-border transactions.
• Personal Attributes: High autonomy, outstanding communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency: Strong language skills in French and English are essential for handling international matters.
• Development: Excellent learning agility with a clear perspective and ambition for continuous personal and professional development.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Strategic Legal Advisory & Risk Mitigation: Act as a key legal advisor to executive management and cross-functional teams on high-stakes commercial transactions, corporate projects, and strategic partnerships, steering risk-mitigation strategies.
• Contract Drafting, Structuring & Negotiation: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and harmonization of complex commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and cross-border service structures.
• Litigation Strategy & External Counsel Management: Define litigation strategies and coordinate directly with external law firms, experts, and insurers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Process Optimization & Scale-Up Structuring: Design, formalize, and deploy modern legal frameworks, tools, and best practice workflows tailored to a fast-growing structure.
• Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Governance: Oversee compliance initiatives, including corporate governance, regulatory updates, and risk management frameworks.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: An attractive annual base salary ranging from €70,000 to €80,000 gross.
• Bonuses: Complemented by performance-based bi-annual bonuses.
• Daily Perks: Meal vouchers valued at €10.80 per day.
• Work Flexibility: Flexible working hours with core arrival windows and custom lunch breaks.
• Remote Work: Up to 34 days of remote work per year.
