Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 4–6 years of substantive, high-level complex commercial litigation experience.

- Licensure: Active license in any U.S. jurisdiction; must obtain North Carolina State Bar admission within one year of hire.
- Preferred: Prior judicial clerkship or large law firm tenure.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including pre-suit investigations and discovery strategy.
- Act as first-chair advocate in depositions, evidentiary hearings, and oral arguments.
- Draft complex pleadings, summary judgment motions, and appellate briefs.
- Supervise discovery protocols and manage third-party subpoena workflows.
- Partner with senior counsel on trial preparation, including motions in limine and expert disclosures.
- Provide strategic risk assessment and advisory services to corporate and institutional clients.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 (Dependent on Experience).
Mode: On-site / Hybrid.
