Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on business operations.
Prepare legal analyses, reports, and other documentation to support business decisions.
Liaise with external counsel and other advisors, coordinating legal support as required.
Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and Group legal guidelines.
