Family Law Solicitor - Barrett & Co
Barrett & Co is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to lead, market, and expand its Family Law Department in Reading, England, following the upcoming retirement of the current solicitor.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 to 4 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) is preferred.
- Membership of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and Resolution is considered an asset.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Divorce and Ancillary Relief
- Contact, residence, and Children Act proceedings
- Injunctions and Parental responsibility agreements
- Disputes under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act
- Separation and Cohabitation agreements
- Civil Partnership matters
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: Competitive negotiable salary package based on experience level.
Mode: Full-time, onsite.
