  • Draft legal documentation including letters before action, pleadings, witness statements, consent orders, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent BCP Council in legal proceedings, primarily in County Court debt recovery and enforcement matters.
  • Negotiate repayment proposals and settlements considering public law duties and vulnerable adult protections.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

  • Starting Salary: £44,075 (pro rata for part-time).
  • Market Supplement: Additional local market supplement of £8,223 at entry.
