Berenzweig Leonard, LLP is seeking a junior litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Tysons Corner, VA office. The role focuses on employment defense, restrictive covenant litigation, and business litigation, with opportunities for cross-practice collaboration in government contracts, intellectual property, and corporate law.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2-4 years in civil litigation.
• Licensure: Current member of the Virginia bar in good standing (no discipline history).
• Preferred: Prior judicial clerkship experience.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support the firm’s employment and business law practice.
• Engage in employment defense, restrictive covenant, and business litigation.
• Provide employment and business counseling and transactional support.
• Collaborate across firm practice areas including government contracts and IP.

Stipend & Compensation

Base Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience). The firm offers a competitive benefits package and partial remote work flexibility.
