- Previous experience acting for social landlords is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advising social landlords on housing management issues including access injunctions, disrepair claims, and possession claims.
- Handling cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Providing advice on leasehold management and service charge disputes.
- Managing client expectations and adhering to internal KPIs.
- Collaborating with team members across multiple office locations.
