Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Commercial experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the lottery, gaming, or financial services sectors.
• Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in compliance, governance, or risk management.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, proficiency in regulatory reporting, and excellent analytical/problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Conduct regulatory gap analyses and horizon scanning regarding UAE and GCGRA developments.
• Support the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and document testing results.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal guidance.
• Conduct regulatory compliance training for employees.
