Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is hiring a Business Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance for its payments and fiat activities. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for financial regulators, managing regulatory inspections, and ensuring compliance with cross-border payment regulations and financial crime requirements.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Business Compliance within regulated financial institutions.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with financial regulators and PSP/EMI/MSB licensing frameworks.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, digital asset, or VASP environments.
• Experience in Middle East or Southeast Asian regulatory environments.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead regulatory inspections, inquiries, audits, and supervisory engagements.
• Draft and maintain regulatory submissions, including Client Money Policies and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for payment and fiat activities.
• Conduct due diligence and risk evaluations for payment-related business relationships.
• Support the expansion of payment licenses into new jurisdictions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Operations, and Product teams.
