Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in contract negotiation and complex transactions.
• Preferred Background: AmLaw 100 experience; 6+ years of in-house experience.
• Licensure: Admitted to the MA bar or eligible to practice under MA SJC Rule 4:02 (9).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise executive leadership on commercial and strategic matters.
• Negotiate agreements aligned with company risk tolerance.
• Manage litigation and supervise outside counsel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in areas such as privacy, payments, and product-specific regulations.
• Develop and refine standard form agreements and legal processes.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: $197,500.00 - $242,500.00 per annum.

Mode: Hybrid. Employees are required to be in the Marlborough, MA office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday.
