This role operates within a specialist private markets legal intelligence function focusing on fund terms, governance, fees, benchmarking, legal data, and market insights at the intersection of law, data, product innovation, and commercial strategy.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Qualified lawyer holding private funds, investment funds, or asset management experience.
Strong knowledge in private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, or hedge funds.
Demonstrated experience in analysing complex fund documentation and applying professional legal judgment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Analyse Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), side letters, management agreements, and other private markets documentation.
Assess fee structures, carried interest, investor rights, and governance provisions.
Convert complex legal drafting into proprietary legal intelligence and benchmarking data.
Support FAIR fee validation and Term Intelligence benchmarking.
Contribute to legal data initiatives, AI-enabled extraction, and thought leadership content.
Create insights that support client outcomes, product development, and commercial growth.
