Contextual Overview

BMMC - BerlinMed Medical Consulting GmbH is seeking a full-time Referent/in für Vertrags- und Liegenschaftsmanagement (m/w/d) based in Berlin-Kleinmachnow, Germany. The role involves managing corporate infrastructure contracts and real estate portfolios across the BMMC group, including Pentracor Healthcare Technology GmbH and DermaKIDS e.V.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Successfully completed commercial training or a relevant university degree.
• Excellent command of the German language (written and spoken).
• Strong IT affinity and experience with digital administrative/management systems.
• Preferred: Foundational legal knowledge, specifically in tenancy and contract law.
• Professional experience in medium-sized enterprises and interface management.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Administration, review, and processing of infrastructure contracts (leasing, insurance, etc.) with legal support.
• Management of real estate properties, including utility contracts and key management.
• Defect management and coordination with landlords and relevant authorities.
• Archiving and maintenance of legal and corporate files; preparation of reports and statistics.
• Digitalization and optimization of contract and property management processes.
