Boliden, an international mining and industrial group, is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join their Legal Department in Setúbal, Portugal. The role involves providing transversal legal support to various business units, focusing on corporate, real estate, and compliance matters within an industrial context.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Law Degree (Licenciatura) or Master's in Law.
- Licensure: Active registration with the Ordem dos Advogados (Portuguese Bar Association).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar legal functions.
- Specializations: Corporate Law, Contract Law, Real Estate Law, and Urban Planning/Licensing.
- Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written).
