Key Eligibility Criteria

• JD degree
• Washington State Bar membership
• 2‑5+ years of commercial litigation experience

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Motions practice and preparation for hearings and depositions
• Review of discovery and drafting of briefs
• Transactional work alongside litigation duties
• Reasonable billable hour requirements with high commission structure
• Potential bonuses for exceeding billable hours or bringing in new clients

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary: $205,000 – $245,000 DOE (paid)
