Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Investigate insurance claims, review discovery, and take depositions.
• Represent clients in mediations and trial proceedings.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and coverage opinion letters.
• Provide strategic legal counseling and build lasting client relationships.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 (Dependent on Experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, 401(k) with match, and unlimited paid time off.
