Key Eligibility Criteria

• 2-5+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Washington State Bar membership
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Motions practice and drafting briefs
• Preparing for and attending hearings and depositions
• Reviewing discovery materials
• Handling some transactional work
• Meeting reasonable billable hour requirements with potential bonuses for exceeding hours or bringing in new clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $205,000 - $245,000 (DOE)
