Boly:Welch is representing a national defense litigation firm in its search for a growth-oriented General Liability Associate to join their Seattle office. The role focuses on insurance coverage matters, commercial litigation, liability defense, torts, and personal injury defense.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active Washington State Bar membership
• Minimum of 3+ years of general liability experience

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Investigate insurance claims, review discovery, take depositions, and represent clients in mediations and trials.
• Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and coverage opinion letters.
• Provide strategic legal counseling, insurance coverage advice, and build lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across local and national office locations.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (Dependent on Experience)
