Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Manage a comprehensive caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, spanning fast-track, multi-track, and catastrophic injury matters.
Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategies.
Support senior lawyers on Health and Safety Executive (HSE) investigations, product law, and inquests.
Contribute proactively to client care and overall case strategy across personal injury and regulatory practice areas.
