Contextual Overview

The Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France, a regional cooperative bank within the BPCE group, is seeking a Juriste Corporate (H/F) for a permanent position (CDI) based at their headquarters in Lille. The role focuses on corporate law, legal risk prevention, and providing legal support to the bank's commercial network and internal departments.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Higher education degree in Law.
• Proven experience in legal consulting.
• Confirmed experience in corporate law (droit des sociétés).
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong writing skills, autonomy, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide legal assistance to the commercial network and headquarters departments.
• Participate in corporate development projects from a legal perspective.
• Manage legal monitoring of subsidiaries and participations (shareholder agreements, equity investments).
• Draft and validate supplier and service contracts.
• Manage litigation and follow-up on criminal cases.
• Monitor legal developments and conduct internal legal training sessions.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Type: Paid (CDI - Full Time). Compensation includes a competitive salary, performance bonuses, 13th-month pay, health insurance, meal vouchers, and transport allowance.
