Career Staffing Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join the Charlotte, NC office of a nationally recognized AmLaw 50 law firm. This role focuses on complex commercial litigation matters and requires a candidate with 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier firm.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience at a top law firm.
• Active admission to the North Carolina State Bar (or eligibility for admission by comity).
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral-advocacy skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct legal research.
• Handle discovery, including e-discovery coordination and document review.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Collaborate on case strategy, trial preparation, and client communication.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: AmLaw 50 market-scale base salary plus annual bonus eligibility. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and professional development. The role is Full-Time and operates on a Hybrid schedule.
