Chalhoub Group is hiring a Government Relations Associate to join its Administration team in the UAE. Key Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: UAE National (Family Book required).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Government Relations, International Relations, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Previous experience in the private sector is preferred (Entry-level friendly).
• Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Licensing & Compliance: Support trade license applications, renewals, and amendments; monitor compliance requirements with government entities.
• Permits & Approvals: Process permits for promotions, sales campaigns, and operational clearances (including police, mall, and maintenance permits).
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government authorities, municipalities, Civil Defence, police departments, and mall management to secure approvals and NOCs.
• Legal Support: Assist the Legal team with documentation, contracts, powers of attorney, and notary requirements.

Location & Work Mode

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with frequent travel to Dubai and other Emirates as required).

Mode: Fully office and field-based. Requires physical visits to government entities and alignment with government operating hours.
