Challenge Group (Challenge Airlines BE S.A.) is inviting applications for a full-time Legal Officer based in Grâce-Hollogne, Walloon Region, Belgium. The selected candidate will join the Group Legal Department to manage a broad range of responsibilities including commercial aviation contracts, Belgian and EU regulatory compliance, corporate secretarial duties, and cargo claims management.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s degree in Law (Belgian or European university preferred) — Mandatory.
- Professional Qualification: Eligibility for IBJ/IJE registration — Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in legal roles — Mandatory. Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or regulated industries is an advantage.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and native or near-native proficiency in French — Mandatory.

- Develop, monitor, and enforce compliance programs aligned with local and international aviation regulations.
- Assess liability and negotiate settlements for cargo-related claims and disputes.
