Citizenship & Co. is inviting applications for the full-time role of Videographer & Content Creator based in Barsha Heights, Dubai. This creative, non-legal position requires an independent media professional to pitch, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content to elevate the firm's digital presence across social platforms.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a videographer and editor, supported by a reel of published brand work.
Technical Proficiency: Expert skills in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, including color grading and sound mixing, with complete self-sufficiency on shoots.
Location & Language: Must be currently based in the UAE with fluent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
On-Camera Presence: Comfortable stepping in front of the camera to present when required by the story.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Take complete ownership of video content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Film company consultants, office activities, client stories, Dubai b-roll, and program explainers.
Perform full post-production: cuts, captioning, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
Develop and execute the content calendar by pitching ideas, scripting hooks, and delivering 4 to 6 short videos weekly.
Provide website and social media photography as needed.

Compensation, Benefits & Mode

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (commensurate with portfolio/reel).
Working Mode: On-site at Barsha Heights, Dubai (Monday to Saturday).
