Contextual Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Trust & Safety Investigator II to join their global team in Singapore. Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3-5 years in anti-abuse or support escalations within an ISP or hosting environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of DNS and internet infrastructure.
• Legal Exposure: Proven experience working with legal teams on document production (subpoenas, court orders) and interacting with law enforcement agencies.
• Soft Skills: Ability to manage emotionally charged escalations with tact and maintain high-level stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Administer the handling of legal requests, including subpoenas and requests for information.
• Perform operational tasks to meet strict Service-Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Partner with internal Legal and Policy teams to scale processes.
• Manage sensitive content and abuse claims.
• Participate in rotating weekend and off-hour coverage as required.
