This role involves advising on high-value, cross-border aircraft transactions, including commercial aircraft, business jets, and engine financing, within a fully integrated global aviation practice.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Solicitor in England & Wales or another relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience: Up to 5 yearsโ PQE with a focus on aviation finance or related asset finance/corporate practice.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead drafting and negotiations, strong academic background, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage and advise on complex aircraft finance and leasing structures, including JOLCOs, PDP financings, and debt financing.
- Take ownership of workstreams and lead the drafting/negotiation of transaction documents.
- Support on contentious matters, including lease enforcement and commercial litigation.
- Contribute to business development and internal knowledge sharing.
