PI Litigation Trial Attorney
A confidential search is being conducted for a Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney to join a well-established national plaintiffs' firm in Alpharetta, GA. This is a full-time, associate-level position focused on first-chair trial work in motor vehicle and trucking cases.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Must be in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury litigation.
- Demonstrated strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- First-chair trial work on motor vehicle and trucking cases.
- Manage own litigation docket including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses.
Compensation
First-Year Guarantee: Compensation is guaranteed to match the candidate's current salary (Base plus guaranteed draw).
Long-term: Performance-based upside that scales with case handling.
