Based in Sterling Heights, Michigan, this role serves as the primary legal advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, managing construction contracts, labor and employment matters, and corporate risk mitigation.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Juris Doctor (JD): Must hold a degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Active license to practice law in the State of Michigan is mandatory.
- Experience: Strong background in construction law, contract review, and negotiation. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead legal review of customer contracts, focusing on risk allocation, indemnification, and liability.
