Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Providing legal advice on corporate advisory, commercial law, and project-based transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, contractual principles, and data protection legislation.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Legal and senior leadership.
