Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in the London area. The role reports to the Head of Legal for Europe and focuses on providing pragmatic legal advice, risk mitigation, and corporate advisory services to support the company's UK/Europe operations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate.
• Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in both private practice and in-house settings.
• Security Requirement: Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years to be eligible for mandatory security clearance (SC) and DBS checks.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Providing legal advice on corporate advisory, commercial law, and project-based transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, contractual principles, and data protection legislation.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Legal and senior leadership.
