Role Overview
Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility is seeking a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to join their corporate legal team in Massy, France. The role involves supporting strategic international and French corporate projects, including partnerships, joint ventures, and financial activities such as securitization and assignment of receivables.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise: Strong background in securitization, assignment of receivables, corporate transactions, and contract law.
- Languages: Operational proficiency in both English and French.
- Preferred: Experience in the automotive/mobility sector and knowledge of competition law or M&A.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Support strategic corporate projects (partnerships, JVs, external growth, divestment).
- Manage contract-related projects (procurement, security, and IT services).
- Oversee financial activities including securitization and deposit collection.
- Monitor legal risks and litigation, and centralize legal risk reporting for the CAPFM Group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to harmonize practices and promote best practices.
