Senior Contracts Manager

Contextual Overview

CSCEC Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead their contracts and commercial team for newly awarded large-scale construction projects in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on commercial oversight, stakeholder management, and contractual risk mitigation within the engineering and construction sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (QS).
• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Monitor contracts and resolve contract-related issues in coordination with internal departments and external parties.
• Act as a key project stakeholder, communicating contract matters to project leadership.
• Manage correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, Project Management Consultants (PMC), consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and resolve variation works.
• Evaluate and execute a wide variety of construction contracts.
