CSP Group, a corporate services firm headquartered in Dubai with a regional presence across ADGM, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, is seeking a Company Formation Specialist - Client Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and executing end-to-end company formation, corporate structuring, and client relationship management across UAE jurisdictions including mainland and free zones (DIFC and ADGM).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE within a Corporate Services Provider, with at least 1 year specifically focused on the ADGM jurisdiction.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Language: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills: Proven experience in a client-facing and account management role, with strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage the end-to-end business registration process including incorporation, licensing, amendments, renewals, and related filings.
• Prepare, review, and submit incorporation and licensing applications through relevant government and free zone portals.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date client files and internal systems while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with government authorities and free zones to support efficient case progression.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
