Legal Counsel – Client Contracting Services

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Negotiate pharmacy benefit contracts with employer plan sponsor clients.
- Support sales teams on new business initiatives.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to business colleagues.
- Collaborate with Legal, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Client Audit, and Underwriting departments.
- Communicate with PBM clients, benefit consultants, and attorneys.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $144,200.00 – $288,400.00 (base salary, plus bonus, commission, short‑term incentive, and equity award program).
