Key Eligibility Criteria

- Active member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing.
- Minimum of 4โ7 years of professional legal experience, with a substantial focus on personal injury litigation and trial work.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation.
- Draft and argue motions and provide courtroom advocacy before judges and juries.
- Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery.
- Maintain consistent client communication and collaborate with firm staff to manage a high-volume caseload.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Salary: Up to $200,000 (depending on experience).
- Benefits: Includes comprehensive benefits, 401K, paid time off, and bonus incentives.
