D3 Search is facilitating the recruitment of a Healthcare Transactions Associate Attorney for a prominent, full-service law firm based in Sacramento, CA. The role involves advising healthcare providers and businesses on regulatory, operational, and transactional matters within a dedicated Healthcare Practice Group.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory or corporate transactional practice.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise on federal and California healthcare laws (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, etc.).
• Assist with healthcare mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate healthcare and corporate agreements, including physician employment and management services agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare regulatory analyses.
• Support business development and client advisory initiatives.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 per annum (depending on qualifications). Includes comprehensive benefits, 401K, and performance bonuses.

Mode: Full-time, direct-hire with a flex hybrid 3/2 work model.
