Key Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory or corporate transactional practice.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising on federal and California healthcare laws, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and corporate practice of medicine.
• Assisting with healthcare mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and regulatory due diligence.
• Drafting and negotiating healthcare-specific agreements (e.g., physician employment, medical director, and management services agreements).
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on complex regulatory compliance issues.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Annual Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 (depending on qualifications). Includes a comprehensive benefits package, 401K, and performance bonuses.
