DAC Beachcroft is hiring a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Experienced Paralegal to join their multi-award-winning Motor Fraud team in Birmingham. This role involves managing a caseload of litigated claims involving suspected insurance fraud, ranging from opportunistic individual claims to complex organised crime networks.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Experienced Paralegal.
• Proven litigation experience in personal injury or related legal areas.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated claims with fraud concerns.
• Identify fraud indicators and develop robust case strategies.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to major UK insurers.
• Maintain accurate time recording and meet billing KPIs.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies (e.g., IFED) on complex investigations.
