Dar, a founding member of the Sidara group, is an international multidisciplinary consulting organization specializing in engineering, architecture, and project management. They are currently seeking a Contract Administrator in Dubai to oversee contractual agreements, analyze project delays, and provide expert insights to mitigate risks and maintain project schedules.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in managing contractual commitments.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and detail-oriented capabilities.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise Project Management on contractual matters and manage correspondence in accordance with Prime Contract terms.
• Assist clients with the preparation or response to Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Review and interpret contract documents, time schedules, and verify actual project milestones.
• Identify and assess project delays by analyzing schedules and progress reports.
• Prepare delay reports and provide expert opinions for negotiations, mediations, or legal proceedings.
• Manage contract variations, change orders, and provide advice on procurement and contracting strategies.
