This role involves managing civil, commercial, and labor law matters, drafting complex contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional departments including Finance, Engineering, and Procurement.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Masterโs Degree in Law or equivalent (Civil Law preference).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or international law firm.
- Sector Expertise: Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Mobility: Ability to travel within Europe (30-40% of working time).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and supply chain contracts.
