• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk allocation, and customer contracting

• Background in industrial, manufacturing, automation, technology, logistics, or equipment-related industries

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Serve as trusted legal advisor to Sales and business teams throughout the customer contracting process
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including master sales agreements, customer T&Cs, statements of work, software/service agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements, and partner/reseller agreements
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Project Execution, Procurement, Compliance, and IT on contract negotiations and project execution
• Advise on key contractual provisions: liability allocation, indemnification, warranties, IP, payment terms, compliance, and dispute resolution
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation strategies
• Support legal operations, contract lifecycle management, policy development, and employee training
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on risk mitigation
• Collaborate with external counsel for niche or jurisdiction-specific matters

Compensation
