Dentons, a global law firm, is hiring a Senior Associate for its Family Law Practice in Singapore. The role involves managing a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, ancillary proceedings, child‑related issues, maintenance, adoption, family violence, and cross‑border disputes.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
• Demonstrated advocacy, drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to handle both contentious and non‑contentious family law matters independently.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and excellent client‑time management skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise clients on complex family law issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
• Manage a diverse caseload covering divorce, child matters, maintenance, adoption, family violence and cross‑border disputes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic legal solutions.
