Chief Compliance Officer

Role Overview

Dhanam Investment and Finance (P) LTD., a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), is seeking a full-time, on-site Chief Compliance Officer based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The role involves leading the organization's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to RBI and NBFC regulations, and managing internal governance and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leadership roles within compliance, risk, or governance functions.
• Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, specifically within the NBFC or financial services sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of RBI guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and data privacy norms.
• Professional certifications in compliance or risk (e.g., CCO, CRCMP) are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures across all business units.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess compliance risks to ensure organizational integrity.
• Coordinate with senior management, finance, operations, and technology teams to embed compliance into products and processes.
• Conduct compliance audits and manage regulatory reporting.
• Oversee staff training on compliance, ethics, and governance standards.
