Civil Litigation Attorney Opportunity

Distinct | North America is recruiting for a Civil Litigation Attorney to join a well-established law firm in Raleigh, NC. The role is Hybrid and offers a base pay range of $110,000 – $180,000 depending on experience. The position focuses on sophisticated civil disputes within a collaborative litigation team.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience managing matters through discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, or trial

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle civil litigation matters including Construction, Products Liability, Premises Liability, and Commercial Litigation.
• Manage cases through all phases: discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Provide proactive and collaborative client service.
• Attorneys from other civil litigation backgrounds (Insurance Defense, Professional Liability, Employment, Real Estate, Negligence) are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $110,000 – $180,000 per year
