The role focuses on high-profile competition litigation, collective actions, and complex commercial disputes, specifically matters before the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: NQ to 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Academic background: Strong academic credentials required.
• Experience: Prior experience in competition law, commercial litigation, or group litigation is advantageous; strong junior lawyers with relevant disputes experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Managing competition litigation and damages claims, including collective actions before the CAT.
• Handling abuse of dominance and excessive pricing claims.
• Addressing competition issues within digital markets and technology sectors.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and key litigation documents.
• Collaborating with counsel, economists, experts, and litigation funders.

Stipend & Compensation

Base Pay Range: £175,000 - £185,000 per annum.
