Legal Counsel (3-5PQE) - Manufacturing

Overview

Drake International Singapore is seeking a Legal Counsel (3-5PQE) to join the legal team of a leading manufacturing organization headquartered in Singapore. This role focuses on providing legal support for regional operations across Southeast Asia.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Sector Expertise: Prior experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and reviewing a comprehensive range of commercial and legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations across Southeast Asian jurisdictions.
• Supporting regional operations in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Stipend & Compensation

Salary: S$100,000 to S$110,000 per annum.
