The Dubai Corporation For Ambulance Services, through the Dubai Careers initiative, is recruiting a Chief Contracts & Procurement Officer based in Dubai, UAE. This full-time executive contract role focuses on developing procurement standards, reviewing contract templates and legal agreements, analyzing commercial disputes, and identifying legal gaps in coordination with the Legal Affairs Office.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: UAE Nationals only.
- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma in Law, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- Experience Requirements:
- Master's Degree: Minimum 3 years of experience in contracts and procurement.
- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and procurement.
- Diploma: Minimum 11 years of experience in contracts and procurement.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide technical advice and support during operational planning and implementation within the division.
- Develop procurement and asset disposal standards aligned with industry best practices.
- Review and draft contract templates, agreements, and procurement documents.
- Analyze procurement requirements in terms of cost and quality alongside relevant units.
- Conduct analytical studies on contracts, disputes, and legal gaps in coordination with the Legal Affairs Office.
- Update procurement and service contracts to safeguard corporate interests and minimize legal disputes.

- Monthly Salary: AED 10,001 – 20,000
