The Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA) is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Dispute Management team. This role focuses on implementing dispute resolution strategies, managing customer defaults, and liaising with the Rental Dispute Center and Legal Affairs Department to ensure compliance and efficient conflict resolution within the authority's jurisdiction.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Law.
- Licensure: A valid legal license is mandatory.
- Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution, legal affairs, or litigation.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal actions and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Manage cases involving non-responsive or defaulting customers, including late payments and dishonored cheques.
- Coordinate with the Collection Team to mediate conflicts and manage customer suspensions.
- Submit and follow up on cases with the Rental Dispute Center and the Legal Affairs Department.
- Liaise with legal offices regarding arbitration and litigation matters.
- Oversee team operations and ensure accurate record-keeping and management reporting.
