The Dubai Women Establishment is seeking a Women's Policy Advocacy Specialist to contribute to the development and evaluation of policies aimed at empowering women. This role involves legislative review, policy impact assessment, and cross-sector coordination to ensure alignment with international standards and local strategic goals.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: UAE National only.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Develop and evaluate policies and programs supporting women's empowerment.
• Review existing laws and propose new legislation to enhance women's rights.
• Analyze local and international best practices in gender policy.
• Provide technical consultations to public and private sector entities.
• Ensure legislative compliance by aligning local policies with international human rights agreements.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Monthly Salary: 20,001 - 30,000 AED (Full-time).
