Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications in contract/commercial management (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, RICS) are a strong plus.
- Experience & Expertise: Solid experience managing contracts within the construction or foundation engineering industry, preferably within the GCC region.

- Maintain audit-ready contract documentation and support dispute resolution processes.
- Prepare commercial and contractual decision reports for senior leadership.
