Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) is seeking a Compliance Executive to join their Legal & Compliance team in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting the organization in meeting legal obligations, managing counterparty risk, and fostering a culture of compliance within a global shipping environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, risk, internal controls, fraud risk management, or investigations.
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, sanctions, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct counterparty screening for sanctions and restricted entities.
- Manage the internal Counterparty Registration and Management System.
- Prepare Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Facilitate compliance training programs via the Learning Management System.
- Support internal/external audits and monitor key performance indicators.
